In July we welcome Arietty Lowell, Senior Lecturer, Physics UWRFArriety Lowell is a physicist, artist and senior lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She is interested in science of teaching and learning difficult ideas, risk taking and the substantial interconnection of scientific and artistic thinking. Her current work explores the artistic use and portrayal of time and is why she selected this month's read, A Brief History of Timekeeping by physicist Chad Orzel.
