Join us for an unforgettable evening as we honor 45 years of compassion, commitment, and community impact - a milestone celebration reflecting the heart of our mission and the grace that has carried us this far.

Step into an evening filled with meaning and purpose, where stories of hope come to life and the legacy of caring continues to grow. Together, we’ll celebrate the individuals, families, partners, and supporters who have shaped our journey and have help extend kindness to those who needed it most.


Tickets are $60 per person and are required and will be available at either CCH campus location, or by contacting Lisa Woletz at 715-386-4520 lisa.woletz@cchhudson.org.
