Join us as we welcome Long Term Care Counsel to the Chamber!
- Pictures will be taken throughout the Ribbon Cutting ceremony.
Long Term Care Counsel supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by helping them create a personalized plan for their future care whether that means safely aging at home or transitioning to the right facility. I also advocate for clients during doctor appointments and within their current care settings to ensure their needs are understood and their care plans are followed. My role is to coordinate with families, providers, and facilities so every client receives the quality of care they deserve.
