The Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau in partnership with The Phipps Center for the Arts invites you to channel your creative spirit! Mark your calendars and join us to enjoy 80 juried artists, live performances, and a variety of fall flavors.

We invite visitors to experience a variety of creative talent, including the original artwork of 80 juried artists, hands-on demonstrations, musical entertainment, and creative activities, while sampling a variety of fall flavors.
Out of respect to our artists, vendors, guests, and performers, no coolers, bikes, large posters, or pets are allowed in the festival area of the park.
The Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau will be photographing the Spirit of the St. Croix Art Festival at various times throughout the two-day event. We reserve the right to use the imagery obtained in any advertising, social media, and other promotions as we see fit. If you do not wish to be photographed, please stop by the Chamber Welcome Booth upon your arrival and we will provide further details.
