Guests will start at 1pm touring the Octagon House's Victorian Christmas . Following at 2pm, across 3rd Street, is a Victorian tea at the exclusive & charming Phipps Bed & Breakfast. Tea & Scones will be served. *tea provided by Urban Olive & Vine *scones provided by The Cakery
